Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented full time Office Assistant to join our team.
- Assist with front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients.
- Maintain mental health records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient appointments.
- Utilize office systems to input and retrieve data efficiently.
- Familiarity with office functions.
- Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma plus an Associates Degree required.
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in office procedures and basic office software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.l
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of medical records management and front desk operations preferred.
We are an outpatient private mental health practice that has been serving the Pee Dee Region for over 25 years. We have a wonderful team and are actively looking to add the right person to assist with our needs. This position is a full time position and will assist 2 other highly qualified front office staff. This position will typically be from 8:30am to 7:15pm Monday thru Thursday .
High School Diploma and an Associates Degree are required for this position.
