Temporary Groundskeeping Position – Bluffside Gardens (Decorah, IA)
Bluffside Gardens is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to help maintain our gardens and grounds through the fall season. This is a part-time, temporary position with a fully flexible schedule.
Position Details:
Hours: 16–20 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible – work around your availability
Duration: Through fall season
Duties Include:
Lawn mowing and trimming
Weeding and garden maintenance
Mulching and seasonal clean-up
Collection and preparation of flower seeds
General groundskeeping tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Enjoys working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Prior groundskeeping or gardening experience is a plus.
