Job Summary
Provides administrative and operational support for pre- and post-award grant activities across multiple departments at Prisma Health. Assists with proposal preparation, financial transactions, account management, and compliance documentation.Essential Functions

Assists with the preparation of grant proposals, including gathering required documents and formatting materials. Assists in maintaining a calendar of funding opportunities and submission deadlines. Reviews sponsor guidelines and ensures proposal components are complete and compliant. Prepares and submits documentation to central Office of Sponsored Programs in accordance with internal deadline policy.
Supports portfolio of grant funded sponsored programs. Processes grant-related financial transactions such as employee expense reimbursements; supply and equipment orders; purchase order requests and tracking, and invoice submissions to Accounts Payable (AP). Maintains organized records of grant expenditures and supporting documentation. Assists with tracking project timelines, deliverables, and reporting deadlines.
Assists with monitoring grant accounts for accuracy and compliance with sponsor and institutional policies. Prepares documentation for audits and internal reviews. Coordinates meetings, maintains files, and assists with communications related to grant activities.
Assists with ensuring coordination of grant activities. Serves as a liaison between departmental staff and the Office of Sponsored Programs and other central offices. Ensures that tasks performed align with institutional processes and dovetail with the central Office of Sponsored Programs.

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree. Accounting, Finance, Business or related field of study preferred.
Experience - Two (2) years of related work experience. Experience in research/public administration or business preferred.

Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of audiences to include clinicians and staff, sponsors, collaborators at other academic institutions, and departments. Uses oral, written, and interpersonal communication skils to be successful in position.
Customer service skills. Ability to provide high quality professional services while seeking ways to improve operations through innovation.
Ability to identify issues, seek solutions, and effectively solve problems.
Knowledge of pre-award and post-award services in proposal development, budget development or management preferred
Understanding of Uniform Guidance requirements preferred
