Position Title: Project Manager/ Grants Analyst
Location: Remote (Candidate must be local to Tennessee)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST | 7.5 hours/day
Position Summary
Client is seeking a Project Manager – Senior Level (Grants Analyst) to support the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP). Under general supervision, this role is responsible for performing advanced grants analytic work, managing grant contracts, and ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.
The contractor will collaborate with FEMA, TEMA, and STS to oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 grant contracts per federal fiscal year, including proposals for cybersecurity projects such as cybersecurity awareness training (Infosec), CrowdStrike licensing, and direct cost reimbursement. The role also includes sub-recipient monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer grant contracts related to the SLCGP.
- Coordinate with FEMA, TEMA, and STS for program compliance and execution.
- Review and validate invoices for grant-funded activities.
- Conduct sub-recipient monitoring to ensure proper use of grant funds.
- Support grantees in understanding requirements and managing awarded funds.
- Track and report on contract status, compliance, and program performance.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- Grants Administration: 1–3 years administering government grants (Required).
- Sub-recipient Monitoring: 1–3 years administering grantee sub-recipient monitoring (Required).
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Contract Review/Negotiation: 1–3 years (Preferred).
- Invoice Validation: 1–3 years (Preferred).
