Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor spaces, ensuring that all grounds are well-kept and inviting. This role requires a blend of detail maintenance and cleaning. The Groundskeeper will work closely with management to uphold the standards of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily maintenance of the association , including pressure washing , blowing and raking , trash managment and anything that adds to the beauty and longevity of the property.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively to accomplish daily weekly and monthly tasks.
- Team members will be required to keep a log of work accomplished and will be accountable for the hours worked.
- Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
- Manage maintenance schedules and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- interact with owners in a respectful manner and address concerns directed from the manager.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report any issues to management promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or maintenance.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment in a safe and efficent manner.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to read schematics and understand technical documentation related to grounds maintenance.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
