The Standard at White House is looking for a Groundskeeper to help keep our property looking great! This is a part-time role (25+ hours/week)—perfect if you enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a fun, hardworking team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all common areas, including driveways, parking lots, walkways, breezeways, pool areas, and trash collection zones.
- Perform routine tasks such as litter removal, pressure washing, blowing debris, changing lightbulbs, and snow removal.
- Assist the maintenance team with service requests and light repairs.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with residents and team members.
- Use computers and mobile devices to access email and company software.
- Report any unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns promptly.
- Manage and care for tools, equipment, and supplies.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of groundskeeping or related experience preferred.
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is a plus.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
- Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
- Ability to operate a golf cart.
Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license.
Must pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report prior to employment.
