Position Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic, customer and sales focused Guest Relations Associate to join our vibrant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their experience with your professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
What you will do
- Greet guests warmly and create an inviting atmosphere.
- Manage guest intake, including scheduling and confirming appointments via phone, text, and email.
- Answer inquiries promptly and accurately across multiple communication channels.
- Recommend add-ons, enhancement services, and retail products to elevate the guest experience.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with guest forms and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Maintain the reception area to be tidy and welcoming.
- Support the team with light administrative tasks and operational needs during downtime.
- Share information about new services, promotions, and discounts with guests.

Position requirements
- Schedule: Part time availability (20-25 hours a week). Must have some evening (2:30p-8:30p) and weekend availability (Saturdays 9a-5p, Sundays 11a-5p)
- Pay: Hourly after training: $15
- Required Experience: 2–3 years in a front desk/reception in a facial spa, lash/beauty studio.
- Service Knowledge: Familiarity with facials, lash extensions, and lash/brow beauty services is preferred.
- Sales & Communication Skills: Confidence in upselling services and retail products while providing clear and friendly communication to guests and team members.
- Professionalism & Enthusiasm: A natural energy and positive attitude, polished appearance, and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Location: Must reside within 30 minutes of the studio.
