Ooh La La Nail and Spa is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused receptionist to be the face of our luxury salon! As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with bookings.
- Handle transactions, process payments, and manage the register.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with retail product sales and recommend services to clients.
- Support nail technicians and management with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (salon/spa experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and passion for the beauty industry!
