Are you a hands-on leader ready to take the reins of a high-volume, fast-paced Marriott property? We're seeking an experienced General Manager (3+ years) with proven Marriott expertise to oversee the daily operations and drive the continued success of our busy transient hotel.
This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on being in the action—covering shifts, jumping in across departments, resolving issues, and motivating a diverse team. Knowledge of FOSSE and GXP is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hotel operations with a hands-on approach
- Oversee staffing, budgeting, guest satisfaction, and compliance
- Resolve issues swiftly and professionally—guest or internal
- Drive financial performance and implement strategic initiatives
- Foster a team-first culture and maintain Marriott brand standards
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years as a Marriott GM or similar leadership role
- Expert in hotel operations, financials, and customer service
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of FOSSE, GXP, and hotel industry software
- Passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences
