We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning or hospitality settings, with a strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and organization. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming and well-maintained for guests and staff alike.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain an organized and efficient housekeeping cart and storage area.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established cleaning protocols.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
