HOUSING SERVICES SPECIALIST
Responsible for a wide Range of housing services duties related to certification and recertification of applicants and residents of subsidized housing. Two (2) years of college and two (2) years of related work experience of which includes experience in eligibility and benefit determination for housing or other governmental assistance programs. Experience with Low Income Tax Credit desirable. An equivalent combination of training, education and experience may be substituted.
