Grand Prix Plaza is the world’s largest immersive Formula 1 attraction, featuring thrilling interactive experiences: F1 X, a 4D journey through a tech driven attraction; F1 DRIVE, kart racing powered by advanced DRS technology; and F1 HUB featuring state-of-the-art simulators, a flagship F1 store, and elevated restaurant and lounge offerings.
Position Summary:
Las Vegas Grand Prix is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Housing and Travel Coordinator (Seasonal) to support the Housing and Travel manager. This role is responsible for managing hotel accommodations and ensuring a smooth experience for staff and vendors.
This position will work from September 1, 2025 - December 15, 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates hotel room blocks, monitors pick-up reports, and manages reservation updates.
- Serves as the liaison between vendors/staff and partner hotels, ensuring accurate booking details and addressing any housing-related concerns.
- Tracks rooming lists, special requests, and billing information with a high level of accuracy.
- Supports contract compliance by ensuring all housing polices are followed.
- Provides timely updates and reports to the event and operations team.
- Responds to housing inquiries via email in a courteous and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or travel planning is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with service first approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet
- Guest service mindset and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during event week and peak travel periods pre and post event.
