Job Title\: HR Manager
Location\: Scotstoun, hybrid - 3-4 days on site per week

You’re expected to have completed 12 months in role prior to applying for an advertised vacancy and you should also discuss the internal opportunity with your line manager to ensure sustained business continuity and to further support your career development.

What you’ll be doing\:
As HR Manager, you will be a trusted partner to operational leaders, helping them achieve high performance through their people, leadership capability, organisational effectiveness and systems of work. You will work closely with leaders at all levels to ensure the organisation is equipped to deliver today while building the capability required for the future.
Core duties\:
- Partnering with operational leaders to drive business performance through people.
- Supporting organisational transformation, change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coaching and challenging leaders to build high performing, engaged teams.
- Influencing workforce planning, capability development and succession strategies.
- Using people insights and data to inform decision making and improve business outcomes.
Essential skills\:
- Strong business partnering experience within an operational, manufacturing, engineering or programme environment.
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
- The ability to challenge constructively and influence decision-making.
- A track record of delivering people solutions that enable business performance
The Team\:
Working within a fast paced delivery environment, you'll be closely connected to the product and what sets this role apart from others is its proximity to senior leaders driving the delivery of the Type 26 Programme. You'll operate as a trusted partner at the heart of the programme, while also benefiting from strong connections across the wider HR function, giving you exposure to a broad range of stakeholders, expertise and development opportunities.
