Position Overview
The HR Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for all human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role combines senior-level HR management with comprehensive office administration responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and effective support for all organizational initiatives. The Director serves as a key member of the leadership team and manages multiple departments to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Lead workforce planning initiatives and organizational development programs
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee employee engagement programs and culture development initiatives
- Direct all aspects of the recruitment and selection process across all organizational levels
- Develop and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures
- Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Oversee benefits administration including health, retirement, and wellness programs
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure data integrity and security
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
- Oversee office supply procurement and inventory management
- Manage administrative support staff and coordinate administrative services
- Lead and develop HR and administrative support teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing both HR and administrative functions preferred
- Demonstrated experience in a similar-sized organization or industry
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Experience in healthcare or medical device industry preferred
