StaffRite USA is partnering with a leading manufacturing plant in Kansas City to find a driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) ready to make an impact.
The Role:
You’ll serve as a strategic HR partner, leading full-cycle HR duties including payroll, benefits, recruiting, employee relations, and union processes (grievances & contract support). We’re seeking someone with the energy and curiosity to troubleshoot, take initiative, and drive progress on key HR projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist/HRBP experience
- Strong background in benefits, payroll, and full-cycle recruiting
- Experience with union environments, grievances, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and engagement skills with a passion for inclusion
- Self-starter mindset, curious nature, and ability to deliver results
Salary: $85,000 – $92,000 annually
