Job Summary
Roofed Right America , growing commercial roofing company is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring the effective management of human resources within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination using our Human Capital Management (HCM) .
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance evaluations, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle inquiries related to workers' compensation claims.
- Utilize HR software systems UKG ready.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Manage social media platforms for employer branding and talent acquisition efforts.
- Conduct project management tasks related to HR initiatives, ensuring timely completion of objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources management or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Proficient in using UKG ready for timekeeping and attendance tracking.
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation processes and regulations.
- Experience with talent management strategies and succession planning is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Google and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: $63,603.00 - $72,000.00 per year
