Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Manager to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of human resources support, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance, including personnel files for site visits and/or audits and drug testing. The Human Resource Manager will work closely with program leaders and employees to maintain our positive work environment, ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, checking references, and coordinating hiring decisions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork, conducting orientation, and facilitating employee integration.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution, performance issues, and company policies.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance review processes.
- Support managers with employee performance evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration:
- Assist in managing employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, leave of absence, etc.).
- Ensure that employee compensation is aligned with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide support during annual benefits open enrollment period.
- Compliance & Recordkeeping:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and handle confidential information in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate or assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
- Support career development initiatives, including employee education and growth opportunities.
- HR Reporting & Administration:
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, including turnover, employee demographics, and training completion.
- Assist with special HR projects and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on generalist duties.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Preferred:
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience with payroll processing or compensation management is a plus.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
