The purpose of this position is to provide human resources administrative and operational support in the area of Payroll and Benefits under the guidance of human resources leadership to ensure best-in-class total employee experience that will impact the overall operational strategy for the core business functions of the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or similar discipline.
- Recognized certification in benefits and/or payroll.
- Possess a minimum of 7 years direct human resources experience in similar position.
- Demonstrated proficiency with matters of confidentiality and sensitive matters.
- Two or more years of direct experience in a human resources operational role and systems processing.
- Oral and written fluency in the English language.
