What You’ll Do
• Own the Implementation Process: Manage end-to-end project rollouts—crafting detailed, actionable plans and ensuring every phase runs smoothly from project scoping to execution.
- Be the Client’s Expert: You’ll become a functional authority .. Clients will rely on you for answers and guidance, so curiosity and a drive for technical understanding are key.
- Coordinate Across Teams: Lead the internal alignment of technical and operational resources to ensure projects meet all objectives with zero confusion or wasted effort.
- Ensure Accuracy and Compliance: Follow established processes meticulously—double-checking details and ensuring everything adheres to high standards.
- Deliver Post-Implementation Support: Occasionally provide structured, thoughtful support after project delivery, ensuring clients feel confident and satisfied with their outcomes.
• Contribute to Process Improvement: While you appreciate structure, your insights will help refine systems, ensuring that what works today works even better tomorrow.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of project management or implementation experience in enterprise software, ideally with client-facing responsibilities.
- Technical Aptitude: A solid understanding of enterprise software systems, with the drive to become a functional expert.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’re a stickler for process and accuracy, with a talent for crafting structured, repeatable workflows.
- Clear Communicator: You speak factually and directly, ensuring clarity and avoiding unnecessary noise.
- Client-Focused: You value client relationships and can support clients with professionalism and patience, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
- Structured Problem-Solving: You prefer traditional, logical solutions over flashy ideas—focused on what works and what’s proven
