Job Description
We are seeking skilled and motivated Appliance Repair Technicians to join our growing team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of household appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction with every service call.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair major household appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, etc.).
- Provide exceptional customer service during in-home service visits.
- Accurately document repairs, parts used, and services completed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Travel to customer locations within Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, and Norfolk.
Qualifications
- Must have valid EPA Certification (required).
- Experience in appliance repair (preferred, but training may be provided).
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $20–$30/hr (based on experience)
