In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting customers with their questions, and delivering outstanding service. Whether it's providing information, resolving issues, or directing calls to the right department, you'll be a key part of a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Analyze customer inquiries to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Assist clients with product questions, service issues, and order processing.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Engage in outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Positive, helpful, and professional attitude
- Proficiency in office software applications for data entry and documentation.
- Familiarity with sales techniques is advantageous but not required.
- A commitment to providing exceptional client services and resolving issues efficiently.
