Duties
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly with clients and address their inquiries.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Document interactions accurately in the system for future reference and follow-up.
- Assist with outbound calling when required to follow up on client inquiries or issues.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide informed support to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Support multilingual clients by communicating effectively in English and other languages as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Experience with cash handling is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
