Summary
As an Insurance Agent at Aflac, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and families secure their financial future through our innovative insurance products. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Analyze clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to educate clients about Aflac's products and services.
- Achieve sales targets through effective prospecting and networking strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, from application to claims assistance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
- Experience in outside sales is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial but not required.
