Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help clients protect what matters most by providing trusted life insurance options that suit their needs and goals. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and exclusions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide ongoing support for benefits administration and claims processing.
- Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct client consultations to assess their life insurance needs
- Manage application and underwriting processes
- Recommend suitable insurance plans from a variety of carriers
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends
Qualifications
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Experience in retail sales or outside sales, preferably in the insurance industry is a PLUS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, particularly in Spanish.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of benefits administration is advantageous but not required.
- A valid insurance license is preferred or must be obtained within a specified timeframe upon hiring.
