We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Account Managers to join our team! You will be responsible for managing and growing a territory through outbound calling, B2B prospecting, as well as, calling on current accounts to build relationships, maintain inventory and grow sales. Additional focus on reactivating inactive customers and cold calling new business. A successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate with customers and internal team members, while possessing the ability to be resourceful, flexible, and resilient.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales District Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing and supervising the sales team and daily workflow. In this role you will be responsible for the sales results for your direct team as well is your individual sales for your book of business.
POSITOIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the overall results for each sales rep within your unit and exceed your team’s quota
- Provide guidance and direction to include one on one coaching, sales skills, CRM, alternate systems and product knowledge
- Provide guidance on creating an effective calling strategy utilizing the CRM dashboard and activity list to create the appropriate filters
- Create a positive work environment through effective team meetings and one on one coaching sessions
- Ensure account coverage is balanced among active and inactive customers
- Teach effective call flow and selling techniques tailored around monthly promotions, customer referrals and upselling
- Teach industry specific probing/needs identification for ideal product solution recommendations. Increase product penetration within buildable accounts and improve customer average order value
- Establish effective goals and create a plan to execute
- Achieve your individual sales results and grow your book of business
- Hybrid Role that allows candidate to work in office Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, remote Monday/ and Wednesday.
- 3-5 years of inside sales experience
- Prior / proven successful sales experience
- Ability / patience to work with associates of varying degrees of skill sets
- Selling skills, product and Industry knowledge
- Strong time management and organization
- Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM, Outlook
- Good oral / written communication skills
- Needs assessment and evaluation skills
- Computer proficiency on systems utilized
