Summary
We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at CasterDepot. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective management of our inside sales team. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service while expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and effectiveness in sales.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
- Experience in technology sales is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team towards achieving goals.
