What You’ll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and building strong client relationships. You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners and investors, guiding them through the process and ensuring smooth transactions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls and inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and conducting virtual meetings
- Following up with warm leads to move them through the pipeline
- Marketing properties to other investors
- Negotiating and securing signed contracts
- Coordinating closings with the team and transaction partners
- Contributing ideas and energy to help grow the business

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities through warm calling and telemarketing efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility.
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members on best practices in technical sales and customer service.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales management or a similar role within the technology sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures in B2B environments.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is essential for tracking performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Experience in business development, outbound calling, telemarketing, and marketing strategies is highly desirable.
