Overview
State Farm Insurance Office of "Tavakoli Inc" is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. This role is essential for building relationships within the community and driving customer acquisition. Location: Herndon and Leesburg, Virginia
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, including car dealerships, loan officers, real estate agents, and other community organizations to drive referrals and attract new customers.
- Conduct outreach activities to engage with potential customers and educate them about our offerings.
- Assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, print, etc.) to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and customer outreach.
- Participate in community events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential customers.
- Gather feedback from customers and community partners to inform and improve marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality with a genuine desire to connect with people and build relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in marketing or customer service is a plus, but not required.
