Requirements
A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
Experience: 2+ years in sales or customer service is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
Problem-Solving: Ability to offer solutions that address client needs and enhance satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Proactively engage with potential and current clients to understand their insurance needs.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction with timely follow-ups.
Policy Advisement: Offer professional advice on coverage options to ensure clients are fully protected.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand client coverage through comprehensive and personalized bundling solutions.
Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term loyalty and trust with the agency.
Compliance: Ensure all client interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Process customer policy change requests.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Work independently and as part of a team.
