Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across inventory control, receiving, and replenishment functions
- Lead, coach, and develop Inventory Control associates to drive productivity, accuracy, and engagement
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular check ins, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
- Manage team scheduling, PTO approvals, timesheet accuracy, and attendance tracking
- Own the inbound receiving process: validate shipments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely receipts
- Ensure efficient putaway and accurate bin assignment to support inventory visibility and location accuracy
- Oversee replenishment from bulk locations to pick bins to maintain pickable inventory levels and support order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and timely data entry into WMS/ERP platforms (e.g. Deposco/Netsuite)
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline inventory, receiving, and replenishment processes
- Plan and support warehouse full physical count and lead variance analysis and reconciliation efforts
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in all warehouse errors
Required Minimum Qualifications/Job Knowledge:
- 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or inventory control environment
- 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, replenishment, and inventory control
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and foster accountability
- Experience with WMS and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Strong problem solving skills with a proactive, solution oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures
