We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our Boston-based team. In this role, you will support senior account managers in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with the execution of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining regular communication
Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for clients and internal teams
Support the coordination of meetings, deliverables, and client projects
Track and analyze account performance metrics
Respond to client inquiries and escalate issues as needed
Contribute to account planning and strategy discussions
Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
0–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
