You will assist in managing client accounts, ensuring service excellence, and supporting sales operations.
Responsibilities
Assist with the management of client accounts and maintain positive business relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Support in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate account documentation and track performance metrics
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

0–2 years of experience in account management, client service, or sales support
