Beloform is currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our growing client portfolio. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills who are eager to build a career in client relations and account management. You will work closely with our Senior Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with assigned client accounts
Respond to client inquiries and support requests in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Prepare reports and account documentation
Participate in meetings and presentations to support client engagement
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance client satisfaction
Support onboarding of new clients under guidance from senior staff
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in client services, sales support, or account management preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
