Salary: £28,000 - 30,000 per year
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, service desk, or a similar role, or equivalent readiness as a junior engineer
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of core IT support principles
- Experience supporting users in a professional environment
- Ability to manage your own workload and work without constant oversight
- Confident communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
- Well organised, proactive, dependable, and comfortable in a client-facing role
- Willingness to learn quickly and take on a wide variety of work
- Previous MSP experience is desirable
- Exposure to Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SaaS administration, onboarding and offboarding, laptop setup, or basic networking is desirable
- Exposure to project work, migrations, or supporting multiple client environments is desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line and junior second-line support across a range of client environments
- Respond to tickets professionally and in a timely manner, and keep documentation up to date
- Troubleshoot common issues involving devices, accounts, email, connectivity, printers, meeting rooms, and general office technology
- Support onboarding and offboarding, laptop setup, user administration, and other day-to-day operational tasks
- Serve as a professional first point of contact for client support requests and represent our business well
- Support senior engineers with project work, migrations, and wider technical initiatives
- Over time, take ownership of smaller internal or client-facing projects with support from our team

Were looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our growing team in Kennington. This hands-on role supports a wide range of clients in a fast-moving MSP environment. As part of our smaller team, youll have opportunities to contribute to projects and migrations, develop your technical skills, and take on increasing responsibility. We offer a salary of £28,000–£30,000 depending on experience, private medical insurance, enhanced family leave and sick pay, a company pension, weekly team lunch, company events, a referral programme, and a discretionary bonus scheme. The role is office-based in Kennington five days per week initially, with flexible working from home available after successful completion of probation.
