As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success of our establishment, including food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining and kitchen spaces.
- Assist in bussing tables and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or quick service fast food environment is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with an understanding of retail math concepts.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems, such as Aloha POS.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and coworkers.
- Willingness to help others and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
