Kitchen and Bathroom Designer
Location: Cincinnati Ohio

Pay: Based on experience
Countertops and Cabinetry by Design is seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Designer to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who is creative, highly detailed, professional, and sales-driven — with a passion for turning client visions into reality.
Responsibilities:
- Design functional and visually stunning kitchen and bathroom layouts
- Create professional floor plans and renderings using 2020 Design software
- Consult with clients, understand their needs, and provide design solutions that lead to sales
- Guide clients through material and product selections with confidence and professionalism
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and vendors
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage project timelines
- Collaborate with the install and sales teams to ensure a seamless project experience
Qualifications:
- Proficient in 2020 Design software (required)
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen and/or bathroom design experience (preferred)
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals and build strong client relationships
- Strong sense of professionalism, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience with SketchUp is a plus, but not required
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and a team player

Schedule:
- Tuesday through Saturday
- Sundays and Mondays off
