What You'll Do
The position will architect, design and implement new service assurance capabilities by leveraging GenAI technology to automatically generate automatically generate code and create test cases needed to implement features in transformed service assurance applications. This role is responsible for translating business requirements to technical specifications, evaluating and designing the most efficient mechanisms to meet technical requirements by understanding and proficiency in architecture and development on cloud platforms.
What You'll Bring
- Responsible for translating AT&Ts business needs related to Fault, Performance and Test Management into new and emerging Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) based capabilities:
- Applies advanced engineering and scientific knowledge for architecture, design and development work in a Research and Development environment for high-value GenAI/ML/DL technology and solutions tied to the strategic direction of the company.
- Displays deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise in AT&T Technologies in GenAI /ML/DL area. Applies latest GenAI /ML/DL techniques such as GenAI Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic Framework, Deep Learning Neural Networks, Regression Tree Analysis and Clustering to implement Network Service Assurance Automation Use Cases.
- Implements GenAI /ML/DL logic and programs using the latest tools and technologies. Conducts design and development work to implement GenAI /ML/DL products/technologies, systems/platform architecture, software development engineering, technical security and QA Design/Certification.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in GenAI /ML/DL area during the continuous integration/continuous deployment cycle in a production environment focused on complex design, engineering and development,
- Defines technical solutions of problems through reasoned application of GenAI /ML/DL technology.
- Designs, develops, documents and analyzes overall architecture of new GenAI /ML/DL capabilities, including hardware and software that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs.
- Coordinates design and integration of total GenAI /ML/DL system including subsystems.
- Research and recommend open-source GenAI /ML/DL technology to improve the current systems. Serves as a subject matter expert during the continuous integration/continuous deployment cycle in a production environment focused on complex design, engineering and development of GenAI /ML/DL use cases.
What You'll Need
- Minimum 4 years of experience in GenAI/Machine Learning/GenAI area.
- B.S. degree in an approved field e.g. Computer Science, AI/Machine Learning.
Our Lead Member of Technical Staff, earns between $171,600-$257,400 USD Annual Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
