We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Greet guests and clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including filing documents and managing office supplies.
- Utilize Google Calendar for scheduling appointments, managing attorneys calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Process transactions accurately billing and invoicing purposes.
- Provide clerical support by helping with scanning, copying, and faxing documents
- Assist in maintaining records and files in an orderly manner to ensure easy access to information.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office or front desk role is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in this role.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks including filing, scanning, copying, and use of Microsoft Word is essential.
