Lexus of Orlando is currently seeking friendly, energetic, and professional Loaner Car Agents to join our high-volume Service Department. We have multiple full-time openings available for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Position Overview:
As a Loaner Car Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities include warmly greeting customers, assisting with the check-in/check-out process for loaner vehicles, and accurately entering customer information into the Loaner Car Database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival to the Loaner Car office
- Assist customers with paperwork and explain loaner vehicle procedures
- Enter and update customer information into the Loaner Car Database
- Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for guest use
- Maintain clear communication with service advisors and valet staff
- Perform tasks on your feet, including walking, standing, and running for extended periods
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume setting
- Friendly, upbeat demeanor and professional appearance
- Strong attention to detail and computer/data entry skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
