We are currently seeking a motivated, friendly, enthusiastic, team player to our join dynamic property management team! If you’re a proactive individual who enjoys coordinating repairs, communicating effectively, and ensuring tenant satisfaction, this role could be a great fit for you!
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate and manage maintenance requests for single-family rental homes
- Work under the guidance of a Team Lead to handle repairs across a portfolio of properties
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and tenants to address and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Learn and utilize our maintenance tracking software to log, assign, and monitor work orders
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot maintenance challenges and ensure efficient operations
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Assist Field Agents/Property Managers
- Work with vendors to procure repair bids
- Compare and present bids to homeowners
- Follow up/Track scope of work and completion of work
- Enter invoices into accounting system for payment
- Occasional visits to the properties for firsthand knowledge, inspection of repairs, and installation of lockboxes
Qualifications:
- Prior knowledge of home repairs is beneficial but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software tools
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work rotational weekends as needed
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Friendly team player
