Maintenance Lead

Location: City of Industry, CA
Shift: Mon–Fri, 5:45 AM–3:45 PM
Potential to convert to full-time
Summary:
Lead daily maintenance operations, support PMs and repairs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in mechanical maintenance
- Skilled in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and maintenance tools
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs and work in varied conditions
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
