Looking for reliable, responsible maintenance assistance. Experience required. Own basic hand tools preferred.
Duties include but not limited to;
- Assist and perform basic interior maintenance and repairs as needed including but not limited to; carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and more.
- Using hand tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs
- Physical labor tasks such as moving furniture or appliances
- Interacting with residents and other staff in a respectful manner
- Limited grounds upkeep and maintenance
- Removing snow and ice
- Trash and grounds clean up
Qualifications and Skills;
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving and background records
- Experience with operating various tools and lawn equipment
- Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work in all weather including extreme heat and cold
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- On call
