Maintenance Supervisor - Argyle, TX

The Maintenance Supervisor role involves coordinating and overseeing workers, conducting initial evaluations of building systems, and assigning tasks. Responsibilities encompass various maintenance tasks within office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team, ensuring adherence to directions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company buildings and property.
- Perform groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and suggesting improvements.
- Daily cleaning of facility grounds using appropriate equipment.
- Water and apply weed control to the gravel yard.
- Weekly washing and maintenance of company vehicles.
- Painting designated areas, including parking, fences, offices, buildings, bollards, guardrails, and safety stripes.
- Assist the manufacturing department with tasks or production orders as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Strong written/oral communication, supervisory, and general maintenance skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, plumbing, torch, basic electrical, or similar roles.
- 1-2 years of experience in the maintenance and manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in operating a tractor with a box blade, push mower, and weed eater.
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
