We are a growing, national property management group seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of a 230-unit apartment complex in High Point, NC. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you must be extremely organized and detail-oriented. You should have knowledge of equipment types and parts and general computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, and repair all building facilities, machinery and equipment.
- Plan the work schedule of building maintenance personnel.
- Complete service tickets including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, appliances, cooling and heating systems, and other routine requests.
- Coordinate with building maintenance staff to resolve problems and oversee their maintenance duties.
- Assist property manager with maintaining building materials and supplies.
- Coordinating and communicating with contractors, vendors, and residents.
- Must have at least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service.
- Schedule and conduct routine preventative maintenance.
- Oversee turnover and renovation work.
- Ensure all work is done according to safety procedures, regulations and building standards.
- Must comply with all Fair Housing guidelines
The ideal candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, twist and lift up to 25lbs. This position may require outdoor exposure for long periods of time. This position requires a rotating on-call schedule. Must be HVAC & EPA certified. CPO certification preferred or willing to obtain certification.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
