As a Maintenance Supervisor at Days Inn - Helena, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our hotel, ensuring that all facilities are in excellent condition. This role is vital to our mission of providing a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for efficient tracking of maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Fabricate and repair equipment as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for ongoing projects.
- Oversee facility management tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Lead projects related to facility upgrades or renovations as needed.
- Provide training and support to maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role within the maintenance or facilities management sector.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS software and its application in maintenance operations.
- Ability to maintain, repair, and fabricate various systems within the hotel environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on project management and task prioritization.
- Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices and standards is essential.
- Effective communication skills in English for clear interaction with team members and other departments.
