Position: Maintenance Technician

Compensation: $20?$24/hr + bonuses + on-call stipend
Schedule: Monday?Friday, 8AM?4PM + on-call rotation
We?re looking for dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our affordable housing communities are safe, functional, and ready for new residents.
What You?ll Do:
Respond to work orders and resident repair requests
Turn vacant units quickly and with high quality
Handle general maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
Keep accurate logs using mobile tools like Yardi Breeze Premier
