Maintenance -Property Management Company is looking for a highly motivated and skilled maintenance person to join our team. HVAC & Plumbing skills are required. Tile and drywall skills are a plus. Candidates should have their own tools, vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Duties include taking daily work orders, doing complete maintenance on apartment turn overs and emergency after hours call when needed. On-call is rotating schedule. This is a full time position. Health care benefits are offered. Salary is commensurate with experience.
