Sixty01 Condominiums is a master planned community consisting of 770 residences and ample amenities in Redmond, Washington. We are currently seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of our community facilities and common areas. This position is a Monday - Friday schedule. Hours are from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures, painting, landscaping, and trash pickup.
- Assist in the inspection and upkeep of community amenities such as pools, pea patches, gym & health spa, and common areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management.
- Maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of common areas and facilities.
- Assisting with seasonal maintenance tasks such as snow removal, debris cleanup, gutter and roof cleanings, and other tasks as needed.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all community assets.
- Reporting to management any issues noticed around the property.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and general property maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with homeowners associations, and property maintenance a plus.
