Apartment Management Company is looking for a dynamic Maintenance Technician to assist in the overall completion of apartment turns, service orders, property upkeep and any other maintenance tasks needed in Las Vegas. We are looking for technicians with experience in painting, appliance repairs, general maintenance knowledge must have own tools and reliable transportation. Need someone with a great attitude, have good customer service, dedication and takes pride in their work!
Requirements & Qualifications:
Self-starter attitude and reliable
Complete all daily work order requests
Assist with cleaning and maintenance of grounds and pools
Preventative maintenance
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair:
Plumbing, Toilets, Sinks, appliance, Drywall, Painting, electrical etc.
minor and major repair of common areas
Must have your own tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
