Job Description:
Routine physical inspections of pressure valves, water temperatures, and system operations
Monitoring and treatment of water and chemical systems
Preventative maintenance on HVAC, boiler, and chiller equipment
Conducting physical, aesthetic, and auditory checks of running systems
Recording data accurately for system logs and reporting
Troubleshooting issues related to air and water flow and temperature control
